(Step 1) Choose report type(Step 2) Define location

(Step 2.1) If…AREA

…describe the polygon

AND select the ONRC road classes

(Step 2.2) If…ROUTE

…identify the start and end points

AND the roads to be followed

(Step 3) Choose DATE(s)

…can be one date or a range of dates

(Step 4) Choose TIME(s)

…choose up to 24 time ‘slices’, which can be as small as 15 minutes

EG: 7-7.30, 8-8.15, 9-10 am

Note there will be 1 answer for each time slice across the date range

(Step 5) Choose OUTPUT(s)

(Step 6) CONFIRM

After you have defined what you are interested in, the next steps are

1. TCi will send you an email confirming agreements / instructions, price and timing
2. You will correct / confirm
